We are pleased to announce the successful delivery of a batch of customized submersible mixers to a valued customer in the United States. These mixers are now playing a critical role in the treatment of wastewater generated by livestock operations-a challenging application characterized by high concentrations of sand, organic matter, and strong abrasive and sedimentary properties.
From the initial consultation, the customer clearly emphasized the need for highly durable and corrosion-resistant equipment. In response, our engineering team provided tailored design modifications, including reinforced surface treatment with a 12mm thick anti-corrosion coating, ensuring the mixers' long-term stability and resistance under harsh conditions.
The wastewater tanks at the customer's facility are mostly round or oval in shape, with solid content reaching up to 4.8%. To meet these site-specific requirements, our mixers were optimized for powerful and consistent mixing performance, keeping sand particles suspended and preventing sediment buildup.
During the early communication phase, we provided the customer with detailed product brochures and technical documentation. After gaining a clear understanding of our capabilities, the customer outlined precise customization needs. We responded proactively-adjusting material selection, coating thickness, and structural details accordingly. Each unit underwent underwater testing, and the full testing process was documented on video and shared with the client for remote review.
Following a successful trial run with one VML-1075 / 7.5kW submersible mixer, the customer was impressed by the unit's performance and operational stability. As a result of this positive experience, they quickly placed a follow-up order for 23 additional VML-1075 / 7.5kW mixers and 9 units of VM400 / 4kW mixers.
