Product Description

The flash mixing coagulation is a typical axial flow mixing equipment, characterized by high discharge volume and low shear performance. When used with a baffle or a guide tube, it can significantly enhance the axial circulation effect and improve the discharge performance. The flash mixing coagulation has strong circulation capacity and low energy consumption. It is particularly suitable for the homogeneous mixing processes with low viscosity and large capacity, giving full play to its advantages. In addition, it is also widely used in heat transfer and chemical reactions of low-viscosity liquids, as well as suspension and dissolution with low solid-liquid ratios.

● Regular inspection: Maintenance personnel should be familiar with the equipment and perform regular maintenance to ensure safe and stable operation.
● Lubrication before starting: Check and add lubricating oil, and add oil to the center of the gearbox to the oil cup.
● Regular lubrication:
a. Bearings should be lubricated every 6 months.
b. When the gearbox is short of oil, add oil, replace lubricating oil every 6 months, and clean and inspect every year.
● Gearbox maintenance: Check gear wear every year and replace gears or gearboxes if necessary.
● Operation monitoring: Regularly check bearing noise, temperature, vibration, etc. to ensure smooth operation of the flash mixing coagulation.
