Product Introduction

The flash mixer agitator operates based on a high-speed motor mounted vertically, which drives specially designed mixing paddles. As the paddles rotate rapidly, they create strong shear forces and convective currents within the liquid, generating a powerful turbulent flow. Flash mixer agitator causes the added chemicals to be quickly dispersed, broken down, and evenly spread throughout the liquid, enabling immediate and thorough mixing. The flash mixer agitator mixing method ensures that the chemicals quickly interact with the liquid, enhancing the overall mixing effectiveness and efficiency in a very short amount of time.
