Overview
Submersible mixer for anoxic tank is widely used in the fields like sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, aquaculture, etc. Strong agitation prevents sludge and suspended particles in the water from settling, and the liquid, solid and gas three-phase media are evenly mixed to achieve better treatment effects.

Working Principle
Submersible mixer for anoxic tank usually consists of key components such as motors, blades, and sealing devices. The motor provides power to drive the blades to rotate, and the impellers drive the water flow to rotate, converting the kinetic energy generated by the water into mechanical energy, causing the impeller to drive the surrounding water to produce strong circulation and tangential flow, so as to achieve mixing, stirring and other purposes.
Characteristics
1. Multi-pole motor, direct connection structure, low energy consumption and high efficiency;
2. Compact structure, small footprint, light weight, easy to install, operate and maintain;
3. Impeller design is reasonable. It is formed by precision casting or stamping, with a beautiful and smooth appearance. The swept-back blades have a self-cleaning function and are anti-winding.
4. The motor winding insulation level is Class F, the protection level is IP68. NSK high-quality bearings are selected with leakage detection and overheating protection functions, which are safer and more reliable.
5. Two mechanical seals made of corrosion-resistant materials are used to extend the service life.
Working Conditions
The submersible mixer for anoxic tank can operate normally and continuously in a working environment that meets the following conditions:
1. The liquid temperature shall not exceed 40℃;
2. The pH value of the liquid is between 5~9;
3. The liquid density shall not exceed 1150 kg/m³;
4. The diving depth is generally not more than 20m during long-term diving operations.
