Detailed Component Introduction
The VML Submersible Flow Maker consists of a submersible motor, gearbox, propeller, mounting bracket, and lifting/winding system.
The unit features a compact structure, small footprint, and relatively low weight. Its streamlined design is well suited for fluid propulsion and circulation. It is easy to operate and maintain, quick to install, and designed for long service life.
The submersible motor is a three-phase asynchronous motor equipped with overload protection, phase-failure protection, and leakage protection. The motor has Class F insulation and an IP68 protection rating, making it suitable for continuous underwater operation.
The gearbox input shaft and output shaft are arranged on the same centerline. A mechanical seal chamber is located at the motor shaft extension and is filled with mechanical oil, helping prevent pressurized wastewater from entering the motor chamber.
The sealing system includes both static and dynamic seals. The static seal uses O-rings, while the dynamic seal adopts a double mechanical seal design. A skeleton oil seal is installed at the shaft extension on the oil chamber side to help prevent sand and solid particles from entering. The mechanical seal faces are made of corrosion-resistant hard alloy materials for reliable operation in wastewater environments.
