The VM-FB Series Floating Aerator is an efficient surface aeration device designed to increase dissolved oxygen, improve water circulation, and support biological treatment processes in wastewater and water treatment systems.

Unlike fixed aeration equipment, the VM-FB Series features a floating structure that allows the aerator to operate directly on the water surface without requiring complicated underwater foundations. Its rotating impeller lifts and disperses water into the air, creating strong air-water contact for rapid and efficient oxygen transfer.

Floating Aerator Configuration

Material

The Floating Aerator is made of durable, corrosion-resistant materials for reliable operation in wastewater environments. Main wetted parts can be manufactured in SS304, SS316, FRP, or other materials according to water quality and project requirements.

Motor

The unit is equipped with a high-efficiency motor designed for stable continuous operation. Voltage and frequency options such as 380V/50Hz, 400V/50Hz, 415V/50Hz, or 440V/60Hz are available, and the motor protection class can also be customized for different operating conditions.

Impeller

The Floating Aerator is equipped with a high-efficiency impeller designed to create strong water lifting, surface agitation, and circulation. During operation, the impeller disperses water into the air to increase the air-water contact area and improve oxygen transfer efficiency.
