Grinder Screen can crush various large solid particles in sewage, reduce blockage caused by sewage discharge, reduce the damage rate of sewage treatment process equipment, and achieve the purpose of protecting equipment.
How it works
After the Grinder Screen motor is started, the blade and the vertical drum rotate at different speeds at the same time. The solid floating matter in the sewage is intercepted by the rotating grid after entering the drum area with the sewage and sent to the cutting area. The two sets of blades rotating at different speeds quickly cut axially and radially, crushing them into 8-10MM fine particles. The crushed small particles are pumped away by the water pump, effectively preventing the water pump from winding and clogging. The auxiliary grid performs auxiliary sewage interception when the water level is too high.
1. Sewage and solid waste in the pipe or channel enter the Grinder Screen

3. The solid waste is crushed into 6mm-12mm particles, flows out of the crushing grid, and enters the sewage plant with the sewage
Structural form
