Overview

Aeration disc is a fine bubble disc diffuser, usually used in aeration system equipment in sewage treatment, mainly used to provide oxygen to the water body and promote microbial degradation of organic pollutants.Made of corrosion-resistant materials silicone, it can resist acids, alkalis and oils and has a long service life.

How It Works

The working principle is gas diffusion: compressed air enters the aeration plate through the pipe, forms tiny bubbles through the micropores, increases the gas-liquid contact area, and fully contacts the water body during the rising process of the bubbles. Oxygen is efficiently dissolved through the gas-liquid interface, significantly increasing the dissolved oxygen content in the water and improving the oxygen transfer efficiency.And the bubbles disturb the water flow, enhance the water mixing effect, prevent sludge deposition and promote the decomposition of organic matter.
