Air Diffusion Aerator

Product Description

Air diffusion aerator is a highly efficient aeration equipment commonly used in municipal sewage and organic industrial wastewater treatment systems. Made of high-quality rubber (EPDM) or silicone material, the surface is evenly covered with fine aeration holes, which generate a large number of tiny bubbles through the diffusion of compressed air, greatly improving the dissolved oxygen efficiency of the water.

High oxygen utilization rate:
The bubbles produced are small and uniform, which increases the contact surface between air and water and can dissolve oxygen in water more effectively.

Not easy to clog:
The unique elastic microporous structure effectively reduces the risk of clogging and reduces maintenance costs.

The air diffusion aerator is made of EPDM or silicone material, which is corrosion-resistant and anti-aging, suitable for harsh sewage environments, and has a long service life.

Easy installation and maintenance:
The structure is simple, and installation and maintenance are relatively easy.

Ⅰ. Preparation work
Check whether the tube diffusers and accessories are complete and intact.
Clean the bottom of the pool and remove sharp debris.

Ⅱ. Installation steps
Determine the position according to the drawing and ensure that the spacing between the tube diffusers is appropriate.
Fix the air diffusion aerator with supports and connectors to keep it horizontal and stable.
Connect the tube diffusers to the main pipe with a hose or PVC pipe, and tighten the joint to prevent leakage.
Install the end caps or plugs.
After the overall installation is completed, check and level to ensure that all tube diffusers are on the same plane to avoid uneven aeration.

Ⅲ. Inspection and acceptance
Input compressed air and check whether the pipeline is leaking.
Observe the aeration situation to ensure uniformity and stability
