Product Introduction

The Micro-perforated disc diffuser is a membrane-type aeration device that uses Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber as its core material. Disc diffuser efficiently oxygenates by releasing fine bubbles through micro-perforations. The base and support structure are typically made from ABS or PP engineering plastics, offering both corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. EPDM rubber provides excellent aging resistance and acid-base durability, making disc diffuser suitable for long-term operation in complex water conditions.

Compressed air enters the aeration disc through the gas distribution pipe and passes through the check valve into the gap between the membrane and the support body.
The air pressure expands the membrane's micro-pores, releasing bubbles with a diameter of 1-3mm, increasing the gas-liquid contact area.
When the air supply stops, the membrane elastically closes the micro-pores, and with the dual anti-clogging design of the check valve, it prevents impurities from entering.

1. Regular Cleaning: Clean the membrane surface monthly to remove impurities and prevent pore blockage.

2. Lubrication Check: Replace the lubricating oil every 2,000 hours of operation and check the mechanical seals.

3. Long-Term Idle: Drain accumulated water, store in a dry place to prevent membrane aging.
