Disc Diffuser Aerator

Introduction

The disc diffuser aerator is an efficient and energy-saving membrane aeration product. It uses ABS plastic as the chassis and a specially designed EPDM or silicone membrane as the air distribution plate, releasing a large number of fine and uniform micro bubbles, greatly improving the oxygen transfer efficiency, effectively reducing operating costs and improving treatment effects. It is widely used in municipal and industrial sewage treatment.

The disc diffuser aerator releases the compressed air provided by the blower into the water through the micropores on the surface of the aeration membrane in the form of fine bubbles, increasing contact area between air and water and effectively enhancing the dissolution efficiency of oxygen in the water. Moreover, the elastic design of the membrane can automatically close the micropores when the air supply stops, preventing blockage and extending the service life, achieving efficient and stable aeration effect.

Wastewater treatment: Efficient oxygenation accelerates the degradation of organic matter in wastewater, helps remove various pollutants, and ensures the effect of sewage treatment.

Aquaculture: Applied to aquaculture ponds to increase dissolved oxygen in water, improve water quality, and promote the growth and metabolism of aquatic organisms.

Fermentation engineering: The disc diffuser aerator can also be used in fermentation engineering. Its continuous oxygen supply function effectively promotes the metabolic activity of microorganisms, thereby improving fermentation efficiency and shortening the fermentation cycle.

Ecological restoration of lakes and rivers: Used in polluted water restoration projects to increase the oxygen content of water and restore ecological balance.

Landscape water oxygenation: Used in artificial lakes and landscape ponds in parks, residential areas, and tourist attractions to prevent water quality deterioration.
