Submersible Agitator

Overview

The submersible agitator is a filler mixer, which is suitable for the mixing process in the MBBR process. Under anaerobic conditions, the water flow and filler are fully fluidized by the stirring action of the MBBR filler mixer, so that the biofilm and the treated pollutants are fully contracted and degraded.The submersible agitator is an indispensable and important piece of equipment in the MBBR system, as it can not only improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment but also reduce equipment maintenance, energy consumption, and operating costs.

1. Make the filler evenly distributed, maintain the activity of microorganisms on the filler surface and prevent filler agglomeration, thereby improving the efficiency of the reactor
2. Avoid filler sedimentation. The filler mixer continuously stirs the filler to prevent filler sedimentation.
3. Improve oxygen transfer efficiency: The submersible agitator can increase the contact area between air and water, which is beneficial to increase the solubility of oxygen and thus optimize the aerobic degradation process of microorganisms.
4. Strong adaptability: The design of a submersible agitator can usually adapt to MBBR reactors of different sizes and types, and can be optimized and adjusted according to specific treatment requirements, with flexibility and scalability.
