A wastewater treatment plant in Sichuan, China, was experiencing frequent clogging and sedimentation in its MBBR media tank due to the poor performance of its existing submersible mixers. This issue seriously affected the treatment process and overall efficiency. The client contacted the VIVAMIX technical team to find a reliable solution.
After detailed communication with the client and on-site assessment, we recommended our Submersible Mixer for MBBR Tank. Based on the tank size and wastewater characteristics, 6 units of 5.5 kW MBBR submersible mixers were selected. The old mixers were removed, and our new mixers were installed smoothly. The clogging and sedimentation problems were effectively resolved, significantly improving the wastewater treatment efficiency.
