Submersible Jet Aerator

Product Introduction

The Submersible jet aerator is a high-efficiency oxygenation device. Submersible jet aerator generates high-speed water flow through a submersible pump, and air is drawn in through the nozzle, creating negative pressure. After mixing with water in the mixing chamber, the air-water mixture is ejected through the stainless steel trumpet pipe (diffuser) to achieve both oxygenation and stirring functions.

1. The submersible pump pressurizes the water and sprays it out at high speed through the nozzle, creating a negative pressure zone that draws in air.
2. The air and water are fully mixed in the mixing chamber, forming fine bubbles.
3. The mixed fluid is diffused through the stainless steel trumpet pipe, generating a vortex flow in the water, which increases dissolved oxygen and ensures uniform mixing.
 

Installation Methods
1. Self-coupling: Fixed base and guide rails, supporting quick hoisting and maintenance.
2. Mobile: Flexible position adjustment, suitable for temporary aeration or alternating use across multiple tanks.

Maintenance Points
1. Regular Inspection: Change lubricating oil (transformer oil) every 2,000 hours of operation and check mechanical seals.
2. Clog Prevention and Cleaning: Clean the impeller and nozzle of debris monthly to prevent blockages.
3. Long-term Idle: Drain internal water, store in a dry place to prevent rusting
